You are the CEO of Women’s Lifestyle coaching. What do you enjoy most about your work?

I love it when I help my clients from Point A to point B. That means when they have been struggling to start a business, to leave the job, to create more harmony and inner peace in their lives. I love it when I help them follow the beat of their own drums. It’s so beautiful to see them shining in all aspects of their life because they are loving what they have always wanted to do. That’s what we are supposed to be doing in life to find things that we love and do more of it. That’s the secret to happiness.

Tell us about your online programs. My online coaching programs are 1-1 coaching, and group coaching. We set up a series of goals based on the client’s visions, needs, and wants. We work on new habits to implement that lifestyle that the clients want to achieve and we meet weekly on Zoom video conferencing calls.

Share a few examples of how your coaching has impacted the lives of others. What are you most proud of?

I am so proud of the success of my clients. Some examples are that one of my clients wanted to start her business, another client wanted to be a mom at 50, and another client wanted to run a Marathon and buy a house. Six months later they reached their goals. When you see all of them living their dream my heart expands with joy in what I am proud of.

You are all about empowering women. Tell us about your Conference of Sisterhood, Diversity, and Empowerment in October.

It is bringing people together to change our stories. It’s about celebrating who we are in this moment and empowering ourselves to take small steps that will lead to bigger steps. This Is for the world.

You are a huge supporter of Mozambique where you have helped build schools and support women. How will this conference help others?

A percentage of the ticket sold from the conference will go towards education programs and resources in Têngua village. Since we just completed our first school the money we will raise from this conference will go towards building 100 desks for 3 classrooms.

What excites you the most about the conference? Where can we sign-up?

The idea of bringing the world together. Bringing Everyone together as the human race. One conference bringing voices from other women in different parts of the world. The African Fashion show will be AMAZING showcasing African prints and bringing the historical traditional face paint/ mask to share with everyone. More information
