This will be the smallest ClexaCon event we’ve ever had which will allow us to keep space for social distancing and other Covid safety measures (read about them here) AND it means that you’ll be able to get more time with guests and have less wait times for everything from autographs to coffee!
It’s not too late to join us in Las Vegas and re-connect with the ClexaCon community, or, if you can’t make it to Las Vegas, watch along from home as we stream our main panels and Queerly Beloved Revue direct to you!
In-person in Las Vegas PLUS virtual:
Toya Turner (Warrior Nun)
Clarissa Thibeaux (Marvel’s Runaways, Gentefied)
Mary Chieffo (Star Trek Discovery)
Bethany Brown (Charmed, The 100, The Flash)
Welcome Pool Party & Badge Pick-Up
Thursday, October 7, 11am-4pm
Start ClexaCon 2021 off right with a pool party to get in the mood and meet other attendees! Have a swim, listen to DJs, and play some party games with Queer Field Day!
ClexaCon has always been a community-driven event and we want to ensure the safest possible experience for everyone in our communities. Our latest safety protocols have been determined based on CDC, local, and state guidelines, and are in line with protocols from other community events taking place around the country. These protocols are subject to changes based on updated guidelines from the CDC or other authorities. Vaccination & Testing
In order to gain entrance to our ClexaCon 2021 live event, those attending must be fully vaccinated no later than two weeks before the event. We’ll be verifying this by checking every attendee’s vaccine card, whether that be the original, a photocopy, or a photo of the card, on arrival. As our events are inclusive and all-ages, exceptions will be made for guests who are not able to be vaccinated due to age restrictions, on medical advice, or inability to access vaccinations. In this case, we’ll require proof of a recent negative test result to gain entry. These guests must present a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of the start of the event to gain entry.
Masks
Face masks are required indoors at all times for all those attending the Las Vegas event. Security at the event will make sure that this protocol is followed. If you are unable to wear a mask for medical reasons, please email us at [email protected]
