After completing his residency in New York at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, he moved to Los Angeles to complete a two-year highly specialized surgical fellowship in oculofacial plastic surgery at the UCLA Medical Center, Jules Stein Eye Institute. During his fellowship, he focused on plastic surgery relating to eyelids, brow lifts, orbits, and thyroid eye disease, as well as lacrimal surgeries. Afterward, he participated in a highly competitive two-year surgical fellowship, training with world-renowned cosmetic surgeons in Beverly Hills, California, in the discipline of cosmetic surgery with an emphasis on face lifting, neck lifting, rhinoplasty, fat transfer, liposuction, laser resurfacing, chemical peeling and many other cosmetic procedures.
