Snow in Palm Springs happened this week for our dear readers who don’t reside here. Not to worry! It’s over now and we all survived. But it caused much chatter & many a post on social media. (We’re going to get a bad reputation and may have to revise the number of annual sunny days downward after this Winter.) It was one for the record books and our nearby mountain communities are still recovering. In another week or so as daylight saving time kicks in and longer days warm our desert landscape, it will be a distant memory.
Good weather kicks in just in time for Desert X and Cathedral City LGBT Days where KGAY’s John Taylor will co-host the Bed Race on Sunday with Bella da Ball. Bring your sunscreen! We’re all a little pasty and not use to the sun’s rays which are already strong as Spring approaches!
