TODAY’s Hoda Kotb was welcomed by Shania Twain last night backstage and onstage at her sold-out show at Madison Square Garden.
Kotb joined the superstar for the performance of one of her hit songs and also surprised Twain with a double diamond platinum record for her album, “Come On Over.” “As I left the stage, I knew that moment, that magic, would stay with me for a lifetime.”
She added, “It was just so incredibly moving and beautiful. There are moments you dream about happening…I’m touched and I’m moved and it’s a moment I’ll never forget.”
