Los Angeles, CA (The Hollywood Times) 7/24/23 – The anticipation among horror fans is growing more intense as they wait for the release of Level 33 Entertainment’s latest film, NIGHT EXPLORERS: THE ASYLUM. The film promises to take viewers on a terrifying journey through one of the world’s most haunted asylums, and with writer-director John K. Webster (In Search of Fear, A Haunted History Series) at the helm, expectations are high.
The story follows a group of urban explorers who are granted the rare opportunity to explore an abandoned asylum. Excited at the chance to delve into the dark history of the place, the group eagerly entered with their cameras ready. But strange things began to happen as they explored the building’s labyrinthine corridors. Doors slammed shut behind them, shadows moved independently, and eerie whispers echoed through the halls. The group was determined to uncover the asylum’s secrets despite their growing unease. Then they encountered something truly evil. Something that would not let them leave. Something that pushed them to the edge of sanity.
As the tension mounted and the horror escalated, the film’s talented cast rose to the challenge. Hanna Al Rashid (The Night Comes For US), Craig Edwards (A Haunted History Series), Algina Lipskis (Zombie Spring Breakers), Charlie Rich (Morris Men), Neal Ward (Invasion of The Not Quite Dead), Dave Dyer (In Search of Fear), April Luong (No Code), and Monte Solomons (Shimmer) delivered standout performances that brought the terrifying story to life.
The film was produced by DJonny Chen, Leigh Cattermole, Ausman Khan, and John K. Webster, and with its chilling atmosphere, clever twists, and strong performances, it is sure to become a hit among horror fans.
