Return Policy
Lamo Footwear must be notified of any issues regarding your order within 10 days from when shipment is received. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the printed receipt and return form included in the return shipment. If the item(s) you ordered, we will exchange them within 30 days. We will issue the return shipping label for free, but you must pay the shipping for the new pair being sent out. Shoes must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition or restocking fees may apply. Domestic customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Lamo Footwear for the refund; we will refund the item within 30 days. In some instances, Lamo Footwear reserves the right to institute a $4-8 restocking fee, per item, when said items must be refunded against the above stated Return Policy.
