Do LaB stage at Coachella kicked off its second weekend right where it left off, hosting legendary electronic acts alongside next generation rising stars. Night one’s unannounced headliners featured a special back to back DJ set from Grammy-nominated electronic musician Madeon and future funk producer Yung Bae. This came on top of a set from renowned electronic trio and Do LaB regulars The Glitch Mob and a rare dubstep set from pioneering UK producer Skream.

Skream was undoubtedly one of the night’s highlights, treating fans to an hour of classic dubstep sounds. The announcement of Skream playing this style of set came via his Twitter on Thursday, which is a rarity given his current sets usually include a mix of house, techno, garage, break, and disco. Skream’s set fully lived up to the hype, drawing in a massive Do LaB crowd to witness one of the best to ever do it. These acts joined other previously announced Friday weekend two acts including North London outfit and forward-thinking production duo Ivy Lab, influential electronic prodigy Moore Kismet, singer-songwriter and producer Mindchatter, house and techno DJ/producer HoneyLuv, cinematic techno producer Rinzen, melodic house and techno producer and sound engineer Sainte Vie, and soul, blues and funk live band Red Giant Project.
